How Alpha Grid Works

Alpha Grid keeps account states, purchase-time records, manual review, wallet activity, and user history visible.

Ledger records

Deposits, withdrawals, fees, plan purchases, team credits, wallet credits, and completed credits use separate transaction types.

Saved plan terms

Price, cap model, start date, and status are copied into the user plan record when a purchase occurs. Later plan edits do not silently rewrite the original record.

Human review

  • Deposit evidence and blockchain confirmation
  • Withdrawal eligibility and payout details
  • KYC documents and identity status
  • Plan catalog and team settings
  • Support escalation and account investigation

Wallet redeem

Team and reward credits accumulate in reward wallets. Qualified users redeem eligible balances through the portal, keeping movement deliberate and traceable.

Separate states

A plan can display stored terms without implying a completed ledger credit. Pending, wallet, plan, and completed states remain separate.

Record flow

  1. RequestThe user submits a funding, plan, wallet, or support action.

  4. RecordThe system writes the resulting state and ledger history.
