Hosting, email, infrastructure, professional advisers, and legally required recipients may process limited data. Alpha Grid does not need to sell personal information to operate the described platform.

How long records remain

Retention depends on account status, financial reconciliation, security, disputes, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and backup cycles. Some ledger records may need to remain after account closure.

Access, correction, and deletion

Requests may be sent to admin@alphagrid.ltd. Identity must be verified, and deletion may be limited where records are required for security, accounting, disputes, or law.

Shared responsibility

Alpha Grid applies technical and operational controls, but users must secure their devices, email, passwords, and wallets. No method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free.
