Using Alpha Grid

By registering or using Alpha Grid, you agree to follow these terms and the current rules displayed before each platform action. If you do not agree, do not use or fund the account.

Accurate information

• Provide accurate registration and verification details
• Maintain control of the registered email
• Protect passwords and authentication information
• Notify support of suspected unauthorized access
• Do not create accounts for deceptive or unlawful purposes

KYC review

Alpha Grid may request identity, source, wallet, or transaction information. Access or financial actions may be limited while verification, security, dispute, or legal review is pending.

Deposits and withdrawals

Users must follow displayed network, minimum, fee, timing, and evidence requirements. Blockchain transfers sent to an incorrect address or network may be unrecoverable. Processing targets are estimates.

Plan terms

Plan amount, 2X default cap model, 3X unlocked cap model, and activation status are stored at purchase. Each intended purchase currently requires a separate insured plan under platform rules.

Responsible promotion

• Use accurate current platform materials
• Do not promise outcomes or income
• Do not claim audits, licensing, custody, or insurance without evidence
• Do not impersonate Alpha Grid staff
• Respect privacy and applicable marketing rules

Record corrections

Duplicate, unauthorized, fraudulent, or technically incorrect entries may be investigated, reversed, or corrected with an appropriate record. Users should report discrepancies promptly.

Access limits

Access may be restricted for security, verification, abuse, legal, operational, or integrity reasons. Restriction does not erase valid obligations or transaction history.

Availability

The platform may experience outages, errors, third-party failures, and delays. Alpha Grid does not promise uninterrupted availability or financial outcomes.

Updates

Terms may be revised as the platform and legal requirements evolve. Material changes should be dated and communicated through official channels.
